CEC’s 2011 Federal Outlook for Exceptional Children Success Stories

Annually, CEC publishes the Federal Outlook for Exceptional Children, which provides an overview of special and gifted education funding provided by the Federal government. The Outlook is an education and advocacy tool distributed to members of Congress, federal agencies, and other leaders in the education community used to increase support and advocacy for services for children with disabilities and/or gifts and talents.

CEC needs your help in collecting IDEA Part D success stories to demonstrate the need for increased Federal funding. IDEA Part D programs are integral to the identification and delivery of services for children and youth with disabilities. CEC invites you to share how an IDEA Part D grant has impacted children and youth with disabilities.
